In my opinion, this is the WORST real estate sign I have ever seen
NYS Real Estate Broker Michele D. Yeager locks her sign to a public sign.
Whats wrong with this sign?
* The "SALE PENDING" sign rider was stolen (taken and utilized from the rightful owner without his permission or authorization) by Michele D Yeager, real estate broker. Michele D Yeager, real estate broker was provided 24hrs to return this "Sale Pending" sign back to the owner or she was going to be reported to the police. Update, Michele D Yeager did give the signs back to the rightful owner within the 24 hr period and the police did not have to be called even though they should of been.
* The sign is actually a "For Sale By Owner" sign with Michele D Yeager's sign rider screwed to it.
* The words "REAL ESTATE BROKER" and the Equal housing logo are stickers.....LOL
* Michele D Yeager has no real estate website (as of this date) to promote her client's properties but wants BIG commissions from her clients.
Is this real estate broker, Michele D Yeager complying with morals, ethics or trustworthy actions under NYS licensing law?

I was on the verge of franchising my real estate corporation until 26 entities and the judicial system took my real estate business opportunity away from me for 1 reason…I was too knowledgeable, confident and successful in the real estate industry and there was no legal way to stop me. I have 12 and a half hours of audio tape that was recorded bt a retired NYS police investigator who went undercover to prove my story. An assistant district attorney, my own attorney, big banks, real estate companies and others were all caught.
It is my turn now to expose the everyday un-professional actions, incompetence, mistakes and lies of real estate professionals throughout the real estate industry and installing more money into the pockets of everyday "For Sale by Owners".
Since the real estate professionals are un-willing to change for the better, I will provide the knowledge and confidence to “For Sale by Owners” to succeed in a real estate transaction without a real estate professional. The balance of powers is going to change to the side of "For Sale by Owners"!
